Holiday Adopt-a-Family Program
Family Promise of Warren County cannot operate an Adopt a Family Program in 2023.
Regrettably, due to the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic, increased demands for re-housing and homelessness prevention services, and limitations in funding and staffing, we are unable to run the Adopt a Family Program for the 2023 holiday season. At FPWC, our primary focus remains on Homelessness Prevention, Eviction Diversion, Homeless Outreach services, and Re-Housing those already homeless.
Our small but dedicated staff is tirelessly providing critical services, and we've witnessed a surge in requests for homeless services. The Adopt a Family Program, which is 100% unfunded, is beyond our current capacity. If we had the necessary resources, we would gladly offer this valuable program. We deeply regret not being able to fill this gap for the 2023 season.
As we look forward to 2024, we are committed to making it a better year and will strive to implement a stellar program. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support.
