FPWC coordinates an Interfaith Hospitality Network shelter program, Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Programs including a CoC Rapid Re-Housing Program, an Adopt a Family Holiday Program, an FPWC Education and Moving Upward Program, and is a partner with McKinney-Vento Programming.

Housing alone may not be enough, so Family Promise provides a variety of services and connections to support the clients and families.  Family Promise of Warren County is the first and only homeless shelter program in Warren County.

Family support services include intensive case management, working with families to eliminate obstacles to self-sufficiency. Services provided also include advocacy, access to budgeting, parenting and nutrition programs, and linkages to virtually every available service so that the families and individuals we serve are successful and achieve sustainable independence.

The Day Center is located at 65A Washington Avenue in Oxford, NJ. Office hours are Monday through Friday from

9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For additional information, please contact us at 908-453-2194 or via email to info@wcihn.org.
