Mary Kashmanian, a long time volunteer of Family Promise and Interfaith Hospitality Network Programs in northern NJ, and a long time advocate for homeless families with children was chosen to receive the honor of being a 2012 inductee into the Hackettstown Area Senior Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony and luncheon was held at the new Lackland Center, Centenary College, Hackettstown, NJ on May 22nd.

Steve Maternick, Hackettstown Regional Medical Center Director of Development and the Chair of the Senior Hall of Fame Committee, said the response for this year’s call for nominations was tremendous. The Selection Committee had a difficult task selecting the top honorees. Family Promise knows the extraordinary level of Mary’s commitment and dedication to our guest families. She is very deserving of this award and we congratulate her.
