Though many of our families are now in their own homes, some still struggle to make ends meet due to the lack of affordable housing and living wage jobs.
Family Promise continues to support these families with gifts donated from area businesses, churches, and individuals.
And this year, there were over 450 Christmas gifts donated to Family Promise for our current and former shelter families!
Below are photos of the gift drives by Linde Gas and Amec-Foster Wheeler. The work of organizing the drives at these companies is largely due to the commitment of Rebecca Dabkowski at Linde Gas and Mikesha Calhoun at Amec – Foster Wheeler.

Additionally, some of our families received gifts from the Jesse Tree at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Washington, Pilgrim Presbyterian Church in Phillipsburg, Highlands Presbyterian Church in Long Valley, NJ and Laura Baggerly and the Mansfield Township Elementary Student Council for their pajama drive. Most folks also received new pjs with their gifts.
Thanks to all for ensuring that the families and children we serve
have a very Merry Christmas!
