For one week each summer, the Christian Outreach Project sends groups to houses in local communities of Northwest New Jersey (Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties) to provide housing repairs to homeowners who are unable to handle the projects themselves.
How are work sites selected? Homeowners and work sites are chosen by a committee based on need for repairs, ability of the homeowner to perform the repairs themselves, and the capabilities of the work crews. If you are a homeowner who would like to request a crew during the summer, contact us.
The work week for COP 2016 is June 27-July 1. The cost for participants will be $385, and this money goes to help offset costs, as well as to help pay for the supplies necessary to complete the projects undertaken.
